Customize hours in random "Featured channel" & preview image top block size

Hi Fillip,
Sorry for so many questions
1, Is there a way to change the random featured channel time instead of every 24hrs? I'd like to set it shorter like 6?

2, I want to adjust the feature channel preview image on top block (not side block). Any tips?
