Bug Credits issue

Hi,

One of my forum members is complaining about credits, he is no longer gaining credits. I have checked everything in the settings, Still can't find out the issue. the member has a user group as a moderator. here is a screenshot of his Credits records.
(sorry, my forum is RTL - Arabic)

As you see, on the first page there are no credits, but I can see credits on the other pages. I have to mention that I transferred my forum to another hosting a few days ago then I faced some issues.
 
Check his user group permissions. It's possible the moderator group has "Can trigger events" set to "No". If he is only a member of a user group that cannot trigger events, then he will not receive any further credits.

Sorry for the late reply.

The issue is resolved. I created a new user group for super moderators but I did not tick (Applicable user groups) for super moderator user group in the events setting, my mistake.
