Question cost formula per kg

which cost formula use if my shipments cost are per kg ?

example
1 kg - 8 euro
2 kg - 10 euro
3 kg - 13 euro

Sorry, I don't understand the question. You can't set up weight tiers like that, as the shipping method is set per item, not per order.

The easiest thing to do would be to set a base price per kg, which could be something like 8 * w which would be €8 for 1kg, €16 for 2kg etc.

I wrote (10 * w)

I did a test order, 2 items, 0.1 KG each, so total of 0.2 Kg for the order
and into order page I see this total

Sub-total €10.00
Sale discounts -€0.00
Coupon discounts -€0.00
Shipping cost +€4.00
Order total €14.00

why shipping cost is just 4 euro? should be 10 euro

Because that comes out to something like 10 * 0.2 * 2.

It was correct, but if your items are less than 1 kg you'll need to adjust the formula accordingly.
