Classifieds Widget

I would like to see a Classifieds Widget for VBulletin CMS.

It should be configurable to go across the page with a few ads or vertically in a side bar.
It should allow the choice of new, random, featured, or ? ads
It should allow a choice of how many ads to display.

I would also like to have the ability to display a block of ads from this site to another website on an .php page or in a newsletter, so some kind of script which can be included on any page would be great

Sure would like to see the code for the CMS widget and for remote use on other sites. I would be willing to pay for it.
