Bug Chatroom Tabs doubling up

Hi,

Just upgraded to 6.1 and chatrooms (public and private) now show up on the toolbar twice.

Please ensure you've reverted all customised templates and flushed any cache system like vB Optimise

Thanks Fillip, but templates are uncustomised, and not running a cache..

Anything I can test to help track it down?
