I'm a little bit confused, are you saying you changed your URL format in DBSEO and the old URLs are no longer functioning? Are you importing from vBSEO?

What's your thread URL format?

Also, what's the character set used in your database, is it iso-8859-1?

Lastly, what's the value of the Non-Latin Characters setting?

That old URL won't be supported as the ~ character shouldn't have been included, sorry. You can manually do a 301 redirect to the new URL via the .haccess file, though :)

Are they all using the same URL format, e.g. /threads/<threadID>-<title>.html or something?
