Question Can't add more Tabs?

Alright well, for some reason, the little tab on the left of AdminCP isn't showing up as it suppose to. Meaning, I can't adjust much of the settings (other than turning it off or on). I can't add Tabbed chats or anything. I don't have a clue why.
Help?

Make sure your user is set to , can administer vBShout, or is set to super admin via config.php

I don't see anything related to vBshout in config.php.

In your vBulletin files, /public_html/includes/config.php you should be set to super admin, if you are the owner.
