cannot use the shout box unless you have posted

Hi please can someone tell me how i can stop my members from using the shout until they have posted x amount on the forum i used to be able to do this in the last vbshout but i have forgotten what i did

You'll need to setup two usergroups; the default registered group needs to have Can Shout set to No, and the one you promote to after x posts (can be done either via vBA Pro's Promotion feature, or vBulletin's own Promotion feature) needs to have this set to Yes.
