Blue border on theme dropdown

When you open the theme dropdown to display other themes, the board around the theme list is blue.

Do you mean the background? as the border is gray.

I do believe he means the border, if you look at that border, and look at the sublink dropdowns in the navbar, maybe have it match that border?
