Bug Blank sidebar pricing block for users without permission to buy product.

In 1.1.0, the pricing info is only displayed if the user can purchase the product.

I think this is incorrect, and that pricing should always be displayed, but also, the empty block is still displayed.

The change was made to address an issue where people who had already purchased a license, and was viewing the product information page within the context of their own license, would see renewal pricing even if they owned a lifetime version.

In the next version, I've changed it so that the main pricing block is always displayed if no license context exists. If a license context exists, and there is no pricing information (because they own a lifetime license, or they do not have permission to purchase), the sidebar block will be hidden.
