I have installed a bitcoin (coinbase) payment addon to my site using this addon

However it does not appear to be possible to use it with VBCredits.
When I go to the 'Currency Pricing Conversions' page to create a new conversion there are only 2 options available.
Is this the correct area that it should be in? I don't even see a Paypal option listed.
I tried disabling the Paypal API and left Coinbase API enabled, but it still went to Paypal on credit purchase.
How do I select different payment API's for VBcredits? I enabled a bunch of APIs and it was always just Paypal, no options were given.
