See screenshot, 4 birthday events, 4 different amounts.

I have bday setup as 50 credits only so what's up with this? Seems to be adding some bonus amount but no idea where from.

Sorry for the screenshot on my mobile currently

This would be the "Amount per year" setting, which is a bonus like you suspect. If someone is registered for 5 years and that setting has a value of 2, they will get 10 credits in addition to the "Event amount".

Thanks for confirming this.

Then the logic is broken somewhere as the oldest registration is 8 years old and value is set to 1 unless registration dates are messed up of which there's no indication or that bonus is mapped to age or some other number. Some of these users received 50+ credits extra.

EDIT: Looking at the numbers it's definitely pegged to stated age of receiver and not tenure on the forum. Not sure if that's intended or not so reporting it. I would sort of expect or like it to be tenure vs. age

Sorry I misread the title, you are absolutely correct that the Birthday event uses the person's provided age as the multiplier.

This is what happens when I try to answer tickets at 9 AM in the morning after I've been shocked awake by a sale email bug that caused Amazon to get very upset at the amount of bounced mail we were generating :(
