Bug Beta 3 - Block width issues

Seen a few changes over the betas so far and this time round the various modules
seem to extend way outside the width of the forum boundaries.

So far I can see that the various modules could or supposed to wrap around but maybe
your best to keep them on separate lines all with the same width.

I.e

Split the main page into two columns left side being the categories then next to that
starting from the top have the watch list, buy now then auctions.

Anyways here is what I currently see on my iPad but it's the same on any browser.

Additional to above, when an item is added to your watch list and the module
activates and shows it no longer extends over the page, although the screen
shot shows that each section isn't uniform and seem to incorrectly size down.

I've introduced some changes into Beta 4 that should help address these issues. I'll mark it as fixed for now, and if there are still problems after Beta 4 is released, we'll seen what more needs doing.
