Legacy “Best Of” and a few others

1.) Definitely need a notification turn off/on for thanks/likes
2.) Be nice to have a sorter for all thanks/likes


3.) “Best Of” Some type of feature that puts the most thanked/liked post up on a spotlight. Maybe even include this in the infopanel?
