Legacy Automatic tag only already created tags

Hi

I think it will be better if the automatic tag creation by thread titles, will only use tags that are already created, so in this way we could have a better control about the tags.

So if i create a thread:

Vbulletin best cms for forums

And only have the tags "vbulletin" and "forums" created, that will be the tags added to the thread. Like now, it will have also added "best" "cms" and lot of irrelevant tags in other threads... what do you think?

Or maybe a list of words that are accepted, the opposite to the stopwords.

What I can do is add an optional flag (disabled by default) where it will only accept keywords defined in the Manage Keywords panel as valid tags.

Checking existing tags is not feasible due to the fact that users can add/edit tags themselves (i.e. it doesn't guarantee keyword value), and the fact that the tagging system is vastly different between vB3 and vB4 (this mod needs to support both).
