My host company (shared server) has established a maximum number of 500 emails per hour. The default vb batching "x number of emails per page load" doesn't do the trick ...I can't hit next page once per hour for 6 hours to send all my newsletters. A feature to deal with this would be awesome!

This is a feature we wouldn't be able to add unfortunately.

The reason for that is it would require changing the fundamental code base of the mod. Just now the system uses the mailing options provided with vB and improves upon them. To do what you are requesting would essentially require coding an alternative to the vb options, which would mean a ton of re-writing and a lot of headaches really =P - there would be no easy or quick way of doing it as far as we are aware, sorry =(.

I would recommend checking out other hosting providers tbh, as email throttling isn't a standard "feature" for most hosts - even shared hosts.
