Any idea how to make this work for 4.2?

So, I downloaded this today and realized it doesn't work with the navigation of vb4.2.

Since the next patch for the FF MMO is out soon, and it's going to include Triple Triad, my members wanted to play the game ahead of time to learn how to play it. Well, that's not happening because of the incompatibility, does anyone have any steps to make this work at all?

My members are sad, now.

You would need to manually re-create the navigation menu entries in the Navigation Manager, but it wouldn't support the dynamic battle/tournament menu entries.

You can find the existing menu entries somewhere in the templates, I don't have it installed anywhere to check the exact template name.
