Legacy Alt Tag For Images

Is it possible to have the ability to add an "alt" tag for all banner spaces. Maybe use the "Title" as the alt tag.

So for example when someone purchases an ad space they have to upload an image, type in the link to the website but they should start off with typing in the company name or title.
