Legacy Admin can add codes for banners, using the plugin

Hi there,
please is it possible to add the functionality for the admins
to add banners using this plugin inside the acp?

Better if in this module, is also integrated a tab, to permit to add the banners also by codes (to use it with adsense for example).

The reason is this:

This plugin is managed better of the one of Vb to do this,
because have a counter for visualizations and for clicks and can give us also the opportunity to decide how many time is paid the exposition.
So for the banners we have to add by acp would be good if also us (admins) can use the plugin.
This can be really useful to monitor the external advertising providers that deal us the campaigns to expose, because them really often show us fake reports about clicks and visualizations, modifing the details of our earns.

We would not be able to implement counters of any description for 3rd party banners, and there is already a place for adsense code to be added in lieu of normal placeholders
