Question Allow Unregistered & Not Logged In to 'Like'

I would like to have unregistered users see the like bar and also allow them to use any of the buttons. However it's not showing up for someone unregistered. It will show who has thanked/liked/disliked but it won't allow them to see the buttons. Am I missing something here? I would like for visitors to see these features so it will encourage them to click one of the like/thank buttons but require them to register for the dislike button.

I've set the permissions correctly (that I know of) and also used a default skin, but I've got nothing. Is this even a feature? Screenshots are attached.

It is not intended for guests to be able to click. In a future version, I'll remove the relevant permission checkboxes for that usergroup.

I think you misunderstood; we currently have no plans to implement the ability for visitors to be able to click those buttons.

What I said was, we will remove the interface confusion that leads some people to believe that it is possible.
