Bug advace registration is not working on mobile

Hi there,
My advance registration mod is not* working for mobile devices. It's showing blank white page and nothing else. When I turn off the mod the registration is working fine. Can you please help, how to fix the problem.

This modification is not compatible with the Mobile Style, sorry
