Legacy Adding options to the profile tabs

I think being able to answer questions about the particular person, request to have questions, and just to use the modification overall should be in the profile tab as well.

Most users will come across it there when they are curious to know what that thing is on their profile. Barely anyone clicks on it from navigation bar.
