Can i Turn Off does not show Memberaction Dropdown Menu "Add as Thread admin" ? Please Is there any option to disabled Memberaction Dropdown "Add as Thread admin" ?

At the moment, there's no option. You'll need to do template modification for something like this. But, this is something that only admins see, if that's what's bothering you.
