Legacy Ability to add time limit and download limit on downloads

I haven't seen this feature in the downloads mod (if its there i do appologise) but i'd like a feature by where when a user uploads a file or whatever they have the option to set a time limit for how long the download will stay on for, reason i ask is that my site offers money off vouchers which we want to get users to download their codes but the codes will only be available till the date set then the download will be deleted entirely.

secondly i would like to see a feature that once a download hit a set amount of downloads the download become unavailable (for instance the first 100 people to download X file gets it) as an option when creating a download user side.
