Hi,

1) When we click on "Deatach", i received an error (sorry, didn't capture it). Now, the Shoutbox-Dropdown is missing (so i can not reproduce it)
I found this in the XenForo-logs:

2) In Offline-Mode, the Shoutbox is displayed (without Shouts, but the Shoutbox-Box and Controlelements).

3) On the default style, when Shoutbox is enabled, the color of the Forumtitleheader is changed:

This will be fixed in the next version, thanks

It's possible XF does not permit AJAX requests when the forum is offline, I'll investigate this and hopefully correct it for the next version

3) On the default style, when Shoutbox is enabled, the color of the Forumtitleheader is changed

I'm unable to replicate this, can you please double-check to make sure you're using the default deployment options and not the custom <!-- XFSHOUT deployment option?

If it's deployed in an incorrect location, such graphical errors can occur.

Hi Filip,

thank you for checking 1) and 2) I think, if 2) is not possible, we should report this to XenForo as a bug

For 3): Yes, i used the standardoption and did not change something manually.
But, i switched the instance to "Above Footer" and the error happens, if i switch it back to "After NavBar", this is not happening. So i think it's a problem with the "Above Footer"-option.

I'm unable to replicate #2, you may have a mod conflict. Can you try disabling all other modifications and see if this works for you?

No, i disabled all plugins, just kept ressourcemanager and Mediagalery activated and it shows like this (as told, i don't have much addons and the default style)



It only shows then clicking on "forums" - it does not show, if i click on ressourcemanger, mediagalery or a page (it does not show there,if the site is online -so this is recognized right). You also see "Loading...." in the Shoutbox, so nothing is displayed there (it is,if i log in as admin or take the site online)

Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

I corrected the display issue

The forum closure seems to give off a 503 Service Unavailable error, I'll add a change to hide the Shoutbox while the forum is closed.
