I have an old version of PhotoPost running on my forum. I'd like to replace it with Dragon Byte Galleries. Does professional installation include migrating photos from PhotoPost to Gallery? I had to choose ChinoPilots.com below but I want this installed in VikingPilots.com

vbDownloads was professionally loaded on my forum about 7 years ago and I've never had an issue with it. Suddenly it stopped working, the tab doesn't appear. I'm guessing it needs an update but not sure that will resolve the issue. Thanks

Thanks for looking at this issue. I've been logged in again and I'm at a loss how you were able to delete the picture without using FTP. Is there some documentation I'm missing because I'm finding none.

But users are allowed to upload photos without creating an album. When they do I have no way to delete the files. All I need is a bunch of porn showing up on my aviation site with no way to delete it.

Logged in as an Administrator I can't delete pictures that are not in an Album. Not even pictures I uploaded. If an Album was created I do have the ability to delete pictures for myself and registered users. I have the same issue with 3rd party skins and the default VB skin. The Gallery was...

After running several test uploads I used FTP to delete the test files. I also deleted the categories in Category Manager . The old uploads still show up in "More From This User". I tried a Repair Cache, nothing. How do I get rid of references to deleted files?

My error but you can clearly see in the screen shot the file is missing. Is it possible to get rid of the two check boxes and still have a successful upload of the file?

When I modify the file as above the checkmarks go away but when I click on save the file is lost.

Found issue: Registered users did not have Can Post Threads = Yes permission in the new vBDownloads forum. Control Panel / Forum Permissions

Anytime one of my users uploads a non-image file and checks that box the upload will fail? I don't allow image files in the vBDownloads area. Can't the box go away? Is there a place I can remove some code and get rid of the Is ScreenShot and Is Thumbnail check boxes? I don't write code so...

Several boxes appear in both IE and FireFox that don't seem to have a purpose. This screen shot is using vBulletin's Default Style Since the file deletes without placing a check in the box. What are they for?

New install, paid DragonByte to do a professional install. From Admin account basic file upload works fine. However if i click on Is ScreenShot or Is Thumbnail the file fails to upload when Save is clicked and I don't get a screenshot or a thumbnail. What's the fix?
