Cannot download map add-on

I'm trying to download the XF member map add-on and the checkout page doesn't have a "Check Out" or "Submit" button that I can see. No way to check out. In the JS console I have an "Could not find the disabler control container" error.

I am facing the same type of issue. With a JS error logged in console:


The order remains in a pending state and there is no way to push it to payment.

This seems to happen to "free" downloads, while those that need a payment seem to work as expected.
