I have this PHP error after submitting a review.

This was fixed in a hotfix for v1.0.9 a good while ago, re-download v1.0.9 and re-upload the files

Is the "Demo" the "Lite" version?

I re-uploaded the "Demo" version and the PHP error is gone.
However, the reviews are not displaying on the reviews page or under any category. They do show in the admincp. Is there a way to rebuild?

Since you said you still saw the error, where did you see it?

Also, the categories are actually working, the issue is that none of your categories have the "Can View Category" permission set. I tested by adding Administrators to the "Electronics" category for Hunting Reviews, and that made the review appear.

You need to set the user groups that should be able to view the category for each individual category

Clearly, it has not been a good day. I am sorry but the error is gone, that was a typo which I fixed.
