Possible update / fix for this addon?

Hey there guys! I know this addon is a ghost town that was abandoned, mostly because of the license issues with including the cards. However, I think there are MANY people who would buy this just for the engine alone and make their own cards, as there are tons of fan made sites that help you make your own cards, and even offer full deck downloads, so no images is definitely not a dealbreaker like it was 6 years ago. Every year or so I find myself thinking back wishing this addon was usable. I would be willing to pay even more $, just to have the couple of issues fixed. The main issues are the Live Matches getting stuck / not clearing, and sometimes matches will randomly freeze and it will not switch turns. Those two fixes alone would make it more than usable and would make my day (year actually).

Give me a price to make this happen and I will! I am sure I am not the only one who would be willing to pay for this, and I am sure you'd actually be able to sell the addon with no images.

I'm not able to get these to constantly replicate, they just happen sometimes. I've been reading back on your posts in this forum and seen there was a massive design flaw with the tournament system too, which I haven't even touched yet. I seen you guys make custom addons for people for a price, I would be interested in seeing what it would cost to get the triple triad system remade, as it looks like the current version had a lot of issues, I see it doesn't even work with vB 4.2's navbar either. Essentially I would be happy enough to get the same features this one was supposed to have, just working with 4.2, along with maybe a few minor changes (Such as an option to enable / disable money trading in the trade center), If we need to talk privately about a price, I would be willing to do so.

Honestly, if they can't be replicated reliably, then I don't see a way of resolving them without completely re-writing the entire modification from scratch, which will cost somewhere in the five figures.

Updating it to support vB 4.2 and adding whatever options you want, without touching on any of the design flaws, will of course be much cheaper

5 figures huh, ouch! I could maybe live with the flaws if we got it working for 4.2 navbar and added a few minor options like I mentioned before such as turning off the Gold trading for cards etc. Is there anyway you could give a ballpark estimate for that off the top of your head?

It's a very big and very complex modification, so it would take more than just 2 weeks to do a complete re-write unfortunately

Instead of the full rewrite I was considering just doing the update to 4.2 and some minor edits, 5 figures for this isn't something I can justify right now. Honestly here is the changes I really need:

1) I need the navbar functions to work with vb 4.2's navbar.

2) I would like the option to enable / disable gold trading in the trade center.

3) It would be nice to be able to close / delete "Live Matches" from the list.

4) From my understanding, different card sets cannot play against each other. I could work around this to be honest but it would be nice if all card sets could play against each other.

5) I was also thinking of certain card sets being "locked" and unable to buy decks for until you get all of the cards in an existing set, or maybe another flag / permission set by an admin.

6) Lastly, I am not sure what the tournament design flaw was you mentioned in the past, but if we could have bigger tournaments than just 8 players that would be nice.

This is all I can think of right now, and they are sorted in order of importance. If any of these are too much work or will greatly add to the cost just let me know, and then we can talk about a ballpark price to see if it is something worth spending on my part, thanks for getting back to me!

I've talked it over with my partner, do you have a price estimate on the cost of just making it work properly with vb 4.2's navbar and adding an option to enable / disable Gold Trading and enable / disable the list of live matches?

I'll have a closer look when I'm back in the office on the 5th of January
