Sorry but what does this mean?so if you're selling a service you can just omit adding a download.
Check the user group permissions, both globally and per product. Also, you can't buy your own products, so if you are the product owner you will not see a buy button.Yes, that's what I thought, but I don't have a buy button.
Yes it is. If you want it to be one-time, make sure that when they buy the product they are added to a new user group without the ability to buy the product (per-product user group permissions). And if i set up the Product pricing tiers to Permanent is it possible to buy that again?
It means "you don't need to add a download to a digital product".Sorry but what does this mean?
Sorry, I don't understand this. The prefix selector when posting a new thread is automatic, it bypasses user group permissions I think. Can I use the add-on prefixe if I don't share it with a user?
I want to prevent the user from using the prefix without buying the service.
Oh ok im stupidAlso, you can't buy your own products, so if you are the product owner you will not see a buy button.
That was the questionit bypasses user group permissions I think.
Are you editing the product in the AdminCP or the front-end?if i enter a prefix in "Automatically created purchase thread prefix" it will not be saved.
So the next time you edit the product, the prefix is no longer entered.
Yes it does. You can see this in action here @ this site.and the "Category limit " on the "DragonByte eCommerce: New Products" widget does not run; other widgets I haven't tested yet
Have only try in the acp at the moment. In the front-end i have the same Problem. Are you editing the product in the AdminCP or the front-end?
but if I use the filter for 1 category all categories will be shown to me :'(Yes it does.
Sorry, but I am unable to replicate this problem. Can administrators on your forum not access the prefix you're trying to use?Have only try in the acp at the moment. In the front-end i have the same Problem.
We're not talking about the same thing, the widget being loaded in eCommerce itself vs loaded on the home page are completely separate things. So we're talking about the same thing.
That was the setting but I also set the prefix to "everyone can use it" once and it doesn't work either. Can administrators on your forum not access the prefix you're trying to use?
Sorry I was so vague.I see the issue with the widget displaying on the forum rather than in the store, it'll be resolved in the next version
Then you need to ask the author of that mod to support DB eCommerce. But i also need the Multi Prefix add-onWithout it, it works.
