Global Branding Free with VB.org

I am a vBulletin License holder. I run slotfanatics.com forum. On vBulletin.org, I noticed that there are some modifications from D-Tech for Licensed members to download and use with D-Tech branding. If I purchase the Branding Free package, will this removed the branding from the free download modifications on vB.org?
