Question why i see download if my license was experied?

That is not currently possible. It's intended that a user can download any version released within their license period. In other words, if you release v1.1.0 the day before the user's license expires, they can download v1.1.0 forever, but v1.1.1 and newer will be inaccessible.

All right I understand that a user can download any license, even the oldest ones, but only if he had paid for a new license indeed. From your answer I understand that a user can download a certain version of a product forever even if his license about that product has expired, of course not the thing I want. The point is that a user buys, lets say, a month of a product, that license needs to expired in one month period and it must not be accessible anymore; it becomes accessible if the user renew his license and in this case he can download any older license.
Currently on my website, I only have one version so the problem of the first post was that if the license of that product has expired the download button shows for about 12 hours after it has expired, stint I want to reduce, and if it's possible to delete completely so the user cannot download anymore. Is this possible ? And about the first part of this post, am I right? Thank you.

Having thought about this, you could resolve this by creating a new user group, and assigning this user group as the "Temporary additional user groups" in the product settings.
You would grant this new user permission to download products. Remove the permission from the normal user group(s).
They would then no longer be permitted to download any product once their license expires. The only downside is that unless you create one user group per product, having one active license allows them to download all products they have a license for.
No changes are planned to address this use case at this time.
