Question Where to create templates

We are not sure where to edit the custom template for a digest.

Can anyone point us in the right direction?

You can edit the templates by clicking the "Email" tab in the template manager.



Then you can find the DB Mail templates by searching for dbtech_mail_ in the "Filter" box to the right hand side.

How do we create a mailer manually? I do not see an option to add content anywhere.

No, as threads do not have images to create thumbnails from.

How do we create a mailer manually?

You can send a manual email (which does not include any digest or any auto-generated content) via the front-end by clicking Mailing lists, then the "Send" button next to the list you want to send from.

What about an image from the first post in a thread? Since you're already querying the post anyhow.

There's no guarantee the first post will have an image, plus it's a pain to parse the post looking for one. There's no plan to add this, sorry.
