Question What is and how to set postal manager

can some one please explain me what is and how to set postal manager?

And also how it calculated the shipment price for one state to another???

Sorry for the delay, just got a few minutes to reply.

The Postage Manager controls all the postage options. You can see the options users have created (it will have their username next to it) and you can create more. You can leave the username blank to create a universal postage option that all users can see and choose if they want, for example, a free postage.

You can control the state or country a little. You can choose to make a postage option only available for a particular country and only users with an address in that country would be able to use it.

Does that help? Are you wanting to create a particular type of options for your users?

And if a user buy more items from one seller have to pay the shipment for each item him have bought?

So a clear Cart button is fundamental and then
the Cart must provide to pay one price shipment price for buying many items from the same seller that must cover one fee for shipment...
we cannot charge each item with the costs of of any shipment in a total count, if a buyer buy more items from the same seller.

Is there no way to connect the plugin that calculate in automatic the price for the shipment between the seller and the buyer
interfacing the plugin with the Postal Services on line?

We've plans to allow a cart system of some sort, just working out how best to implement it. At the moment a user would have to buy both items with both sets of postage. Once other features for v2 are completed we are looking at the postage system and how it can be improved. We've already discussed the idea of getting real postage data that can be used. Will keep you up to date on how we get on with it.

I'd love to put out an eta but I wouldn't want to do so and if something crops up not be able to complete it. We'll be posting some updates of the updates in version 2 as we get them ready.
