Legacy Watermark by Gallery Instance

I would like to be able to turn the watermarking off/on/different for each gallery instance. Right now, it appears the watermark is global for all instances. I have one gallery that I would like to turn watermarking off completely. Ideally, I'd like to be able to set a different watermark on a per gallery basis (or even more granular than that).

I'll look into it next version, shouldn't be too big of a project to add that in.
