There has been a patch in the Pro version that now only superadministrators can view the private message content in the PM Log.
To fix, re download the product from your Customer Area , upload the new files to your server, then re import the XML.
This was brought up by one of our users Mick so it was decided to patch it up into the current version, since it only affects the Pro users.
