I already put your IP in whitelist list, then I got the mail with the link 403 Forbidden -> is that the reason you cannot login in admincp? Or do you have access in the meantime?

Being a small development team, we do not have enterprise SLAs and 24/7 support departments, so we cannot assist you exclusively on your own schedule.
Not only that, but you have still failed to disable the IP verification in vBSecurity, so I still cannot access the AdminCP. Since this is so urgent, you need to disable the security measurements that prevent me from assisting you.

Is there a way wa can reset the password reset ourselves? Starting from 258000 up to 295093? Instead of resetting them all?
Or do you have a solution - if you can access the admincp?
Can you deliver me a cost/fee for immediate assistance when needed?
