In response to the discovery of a couple potentially serious issues in vBDownloads, we're releasing vBDownloads v2.0.4 immediately to all customers & users.

Fix: Fixed an issue in which files would be downloaded as 0-byte files in certain circumstances
Fix: The cron job to reset counters would insert a "blank user record" on run
