Any one who is running vB4.2 will need to edit the Contribute Tab in the Navigation Manager and change the "Target URL" to vbdonate.php?do=donate removing the http://localhost/dbtech_vb4_vb_4.2/
I added the full url in there testing stuff out with the Navigation Manager and did not realize when I exported the product it left that in there, sorry for the confusion. Just the Tab is affected by this, the links are correct.
