Bug vBanalytics does not work in php7.1

Hello. vBanalytics does not work in php7.1

If I switch to php 5.6 version without working.

Is there a solution?

I don't know what problem you're experiencing so I can't tell you how to replicate it, but you may be able to find logs of PHP errors in Apache's error log. This varies from server to server so I don't know where it may be on your system, though.

Hello, I apologize for not providing the necessary information at first. When logging in to /vbanalytics. php error appears:

THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK (in English: THIS PAGE DONT WORK)
HTTP ERROR 500
And in the error log this reference to vbanalytics appears:

That means you have too much data for PHP to process, there's nothing I can do about that on our end sadly :(

Thanks, one last question. It is normal with php5.6 if it runs smoothly and fails with php7.1? Changing the php version does work.

I couldn't say, there may be a bug in your particular version of PHP 7.1. Does it work in 7.0?

Seems like something may have changed with PHP's memory management in 7.1 then. I would recommend sticking with 7.0.
