Just bought and installed latest version. And I played a bit with settings for emails.
Even if I disable emails, users in their UserCP in settings for the mod see option to choose whether they want to enable or disable emails (dependent on (Pro) Enable Emails By Default setting).
This might confuse them, as if I disable (and I plan at the moment to disable it) receiving emails, they might ask why is there option for them to receive emails.
Maybe it would be better that this part of options in UserCP depends on choice in ACP, i.e. if emails of some type are disabled, users don't even see choice for receiving emails?
I put this as a bug, but it could be feature request, depending how did you planed this function to work.
