Legacy Users create Tournaments

Meine User wünschen, Turniere selbst erstellen zu können. Ist dies möglich?
Oder ist dies für eine spätere Version vorgesehen?

My users want to be able to create their own tournaments. Is this possible?
Or is this planned for a later version?

I dislike this idea because users cant be trusted to not make a mess of it.

As i am very lazy, what about allowing mods to set up tourny's? I don't really want to be setting these up all the time ....

I think the ability to set usergroups who can do this is a good idea.
