Bug User Title Change Item Allows Disallowed Titles

The disallowed custom tiles can still be used in User Title Change item. I remember disallowed titles were still followed before the Shop v6.4.14 update.

Are you sure this is not because you are testing it with a moderator or administrator user? Staff members can use any user title, disallowed or not, as long as they do not use any censored words.

That's it. We're not aware Staff members are exempted from disallowed user titles in XF. They weren't in vB.
