Question Unsure if chatinvite is working

Not sure if chatinvite is working or not.
Can't seem to get it to send an invite.

If I use username like /pm (i.e. place a ; after the username) I get unknown user
If I don't then the user I invite isn't seeing an invite.

Does the user being invited need to be active when I invite?

It would appear as if there is an issue with the Chat Invite system. I'll look into it and get back to you when I have more information

Update: Sorry for the delay

I've resolved multiple issues with chat invite & create chat in next week's update. It's true that users do need to be active in order to see the chat invite, however.
