Question Unable to view/check out Cart

I'm running through a custom item, as a test and I think I have all my permissions right (all set to YES).
It says I have the item in my cart on the overview, but when I click to view the cart I'm hit with
The item is not exclusive, or unique

I noticed it has to be set to yes for me to even cart it (inherited doesn't allow it, I assume, I have to set to yes to let the group buy)



I hope I'm just missing another area I need to open permissions on but, any guided help on what I'm setting wrong would be great
