There are two areas?

CMS Widget Data Type
If you choose to use the CMS Widget, please select the type of data to display.

Oh and they both have to be set to the same setting or the result is an error message.

yeah sorry, one is for the forumhome but it's mislabeled, and the forumhome uses the wrong data type selection. I have it fixed in the files, I'll be doing a release today that will include the fix for it.
