Question Tutorial to configure vb optimize

I have installed configured memcache as cache system.

Can you send me a tutorial or documentation to be able to configure all the options to obtain the best possible performance?

Or if you prefer I can give you a user administrator and configure yourself all the options of the plugin.

Unfortunately there's no documentation at this time. A tutorial shouldn't be needed, since it's just flipping switches
