Question This system lets you create multiple mailing lists?

It's kind of clear in the product page, but the mailing lists have "Template" names.

I can't really see how users subscribe etc from the screenshots.

Yeah, you can create multiple mailing lists. They're accessible from dbtech-mail/ via the front-end.

Note that mailing lists are separate from Digests. Digests are automated emails with content pulled from your site, whereas mailing lists are sent out manually.
