Question The number of users being sent to

I'm trying to understand what is causing the number of users an email is sent to be different than the number of users subscribed to the mailing list.



According to the screenshot, 6,029 users should get the email sent to them, yes? But when I sent it, it said it went to 5891. I rebuilt the mailing list before sending and I don't use keyword subscriptions. I have used keyword subscriptions once when I first got the add-on. Could that have something to do with it?

Keyword subscriptions could have something to do with it, yes.

Furthermore, if a user has a user state other than Valid” such as if they have changed their email, or email to them has bounced, they will not receive the mailing list email.
