Whats the name of the specific template that I edit to remove the 3 dots?

I've edited the phrase to replace text phrase " receive updates for " , but the phrase doesn't include the 3 dots...So I'm assuming that's in the template area. I just need the specific template name to remove the 3 dots. thank you.
